I just realized I ate both ham and bacon that were cured in sugar.....
I read this article which is filled with tough love. And I could say hmmm, I'll just keep going. But that would be a disservice to myself and would mean I was dishonest on this blog.
This article also provides insight into not being half-a**ed about it.
We live and we learn... that doesn't mean today will be an awesome cheat day and I'll start again tomorrow. No... today will go as planned with no more non-compliant ham and bacon. No wonder it tasted so good! Because I have no doubts that my previous two days had some sort of benefit even with 1/4 cup of non-compliant ham.... why ruin that hard work with some nachos?? Although it is tempting!
