Does that sound as terrifying to you as it does to me? This is happening tomorrow on Day 3 of my Whole30. The email from Whole30 came just in time. Reminding me instead of looking at this a place filled with temptation... I'm going to think about what I can eat... we are eating at an Asian Fusion restaurant. In ,my opinion, an easier place to try to stay on track then say an Italian restaurant. And this particular place will make rolls with no rice!
The part that can be hard to me is what other people might say:
These are all things that have been said to me before while I'm trying to complete a challenge and sometimes I let them sway me into thinking a slip or two is okay.
But then I think of my dad... always modifying everything in the restaurant never afraid to ask how they make things or what ingredients the chief includes as "seasoning". He calls it his "very special diet from his doctor" AKA eating heart healthy, but when you put it like that everyone is very accommodating. We have never been to a restaurant where he hasn't been able to make something work for him! I will be channeling his energies tomorrow and I will post the deliciousness I eat!! All of which will be Whole30 compliant!
